Adult Clients (18 and Older)
Adult Initial Evaluation: $550.00
Initial evaluation and treatment planning. Up to 60 minutes.
Adult Follow Up Session, Medication, Basic: $250.00
Follow up, medication management. Up to 15 minutes.
Adult Follow Up Session, Medication, Extended Session: $450.00
Follow up, medication management and brief psychotherapy. Up to 30 minutes.
Adolescent Clients (Ages 10 – 17)

Billing Contact
Billing Address: 31877 Del Obispo, Suite 211, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 Payment is due at time of service. We accept debit/HSA/FSA cards and all other major credit cards. Clients are required to place payment methods on file through an encrypted intake form. All fees are collected at 7am PST on the day of the appointment. All no call or no show incidents are subject to the appointment fee. Appointments cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment are not charged the appointment fee. Superbills are available upon request.
